If you have not yet enrolled, please read the following section for first time users, otherwise, skip to the existing customers section below for more information. If you already have your log in information available, you can access your portal by clicking the button below.
First Time Customer Portal Users
Propel offers a Customer Portal for its active customers. We require a customer to first opt-in before they will be able to access the Customer Portal. If you are interested in being set up for Customer Portal access, please complete the following form and your request will be processed by our Servicing Team.
Upon authentication of your request, information will then be sent to you by email advising that access has been granted.
Existing Customers Portal Users
If you are enrolled and would like to access account information or want to make a payment, you can access your account by clicking here.
To access your account, you will need your:
1. User ID, which is your Account Number
2. Personal Identification Number (PIN), which is the last four digits of your social security number or your EIN
If you have more than one loan with Propel, once you are logged into the Customer Portal, you will be able to navigate and link your secondary loans to your Customer Portal account.
Payments made online will be assessed fees by USIO, our online payment vendor, as follows:
– Debit Card – 2.49% of the transaction amount plus $0.30
– ACH or E-Check – $0.50 per transaction
