A tax lien transfer (TLT) allows you to transfer your property tax obligation to Propel Financial Services, which we pay in full directly to the county and other taxing entities. We pay the taxes, fees, penalties and interest. You pay us back through affordable monthly payments without having to pay a large lump sum to settle your property taxes. Our goal is to help you meet your property tax obligation and set you up on affordable monthly payments. We provide TLTs to property owners throughout Texas.

In 2013, Nevada passed a law authorizing affordable solutions for residential and commercial property owners who are behind in their property taxes. The solution is a tax lien assignment (TLA) and it allows Propel Financial Services to pay your property tax obligation directly to the taxing authority. We pay your debit in full (including taxes, fees, penalties and interest) directly to the tax-collecting entity. You pay us back through affordable monthly payments without having to pay a large lump sum to settle the debt. Our goal is to help you avoid foreclosure. We provide TLAs to qualified clients throughout Nevada.
