Two Sales Industry Veterans Join Propel Financial Services

SAN ANTONIO, TX – March 1, 2014 – Propel Financial Services, LLC, a leader in the Texas tax lien financing industry, today announced the appointment of industry veteran Bobby Finken as Director of Nevada Sales and Hi Leva as Vice President of Sales and Business Development.

Finken joins Propel from Tax Ease where he served as the company’s Commercial Loan Officer for over eight years. He was responsible for helping 3,000 Texas property owners pay over $80 million in delinquent property taxes. Prior to his time at Tax Ease, he was the Sales Manager at Eagle Picher Minerals, one of Nevada’s largest mining operations.

Finken has a B.S. in International Business from Oklahoma State University and currently serves as President of The Lakes of Coppell Homeowner’s Association. He will be based in Propel’s Dallas location and be responsible for overseeing all sales in Nevada, which recently passed legislation allowing property owners to use a third-party partner to pay delinquent property taxes.

Leva joins Propel from Clear Channel, a media and advertising leader, where he was Senior Vice President of Sales – Sales Operations and PMO, leading efforts to achieve best-in-class sales force effectiveness, change management and serving as the business owner for sales tools and systems. Prior to Clear Channel, he spent seven years at Tekelec, a telecommunications firm in Morrisville, NC, last serving as Director, Global Sales Operations, Sales Strategy and Global Inside Sales. He also spent eight years at Lucent Technologies in a variety of roles in new business development, partnership development, and product management and development.

Leva earned his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and
a BoE in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University. Based in Propel’s San Antonio office, he will be responsible for the strategic and tactical
management of Propel’s sales and business development channels as well as identifying and implementing new revenue channels that will complement Propel’s
existing strengths.
